I step past the gate and go further in, the bouquet of flowers charmed not to wilt in the cold. Everything is quiet, except for the wind that occasionally breezes by, making it colder than it is. My cloak is thankfully charmed with a warmth charm, as well as my gloves.

"So what is it you got planned this time?" Casey asks curiously as I hold my hand. She grasps it and then steps out of the cab. When I have her firmly settled on the curb I hunch down and ask the taxi driver how much.

"Anything yet from that Muggle Baiter?" I ask an MLE, one I recognize from the time that Williamson and I stopped in on at that SoHo place in London a little bit ago.

"Popped up a couple more times. Think he moved, once he realized we had all the Magical's looking out for him in that area," the MLE wizard grumbles. "Two incidents, similar to before. Always using a book. That's how we know it's him. Hoping we can catch him before it ends up going to you Aurors."

Only way it'll officially come to us is if the Baiter ends up killing a bunch of people.

And as the Wizard just said, truly hoping it doesn't come to that.

The lift opens and I step out, nearly colliding into GitWillie as he's doing his usual stride down the hall. He glances at me and smirks.

"Potter. Weasley's busy following up a few old leads on a couple older cases. You and I again. We'll be patrolling Knockturn in two hours."

"Fantastic," I say dryly. "Look forward to it."

"Three people need to be obliviated from what they saw," Williamson says quietly to two of the Obliviators that came out from the Alley. He points to the three currently being tended to by Healers, who are doing what the can to erase any magical influences before they are taken to a Muggle hospital. "We have their statements, descriptions of the Muggle baiting wizards. Everything's down."

I thank the taxi driver, and pay him, then step out of the cab and onto the sidewalk that will lead me into Ginny's building. I never knew Ginny's address, so I had gotten it from Ron... dealing with a few looks of course.

I step into my bedroom, glancing at the small clock on my nightstand. I got done early, so I have a bit of extra time to get ready before I go to work. I can smell the coffee brewing in the kitchen all the way here.

I stare at the chest, just a foot away from me on my bed as I sit cross legged in front of it. And wish for Moody's eye.

I open the door of the theater, Casey nearly skipping out, and I can't help but grin at her enthusiasm.

I was late picking her up, as I knew I would be, after helping Kevin out. But thankfully the play that she had suggested to me that we could see, had a late start and we weren't late for the beginning. And she was fine with it really.
